 SHIPPING POLICIES

We use Canada Post for all orders. International orders are subject to local Duties/Taxes upon delivery. Orders within Canada and USA are expected to be delivered within 12 business days; sun & moon is not responsible for delays at Customs. Standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • $10 Shipping within Alberta
  • $12 Shipping within Canada
  • $18 Shipping to USA
  • $45 International Shipping
  • Free shipping to North America over $100

RETURN POLICIES

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund full-priced items that are received back to us within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item.

All international orders are FINAL SALE. Domestic and International shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.

We do not offer refunds on all other items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt.

All SALE items are final sale.

LOCAL PICK UP

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of the sun & moon products, time is needed to make the items. Orders are processed within 5 business days and will be ready for pick-up the following day. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Please contact us before you come to pick up your order to arrange a time, as the studio is by appointment only.
